Job Title: Travel Nurse RN Long Term Acute Care

Vibra Travels is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN for a Long Term Acute Care position in Portland, Tennessee.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Travel Nurse RN for a Long Term Acute Care assignment in Portland, Tennessee. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute care and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a Long Term Acute Care setting
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to identify their needs and develop effective care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
Requirements:
  • Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor
  • Additional certifications may be required by Vibra Travels (e.g., ACLS, PALS, NRP)
  • 1 full year of RN experience; Diploma or Associate of Science Degree in Nursing required
  • Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required
