The Retail Bakery Sales Associate will be responsible for observing and following all company policies and established procedures.

Maintaining a neat and well-groomed personal appearance at all times is essential.

This includes assisting in special projects and performing other functions assigned by the supervisor.

Training other associates when assigned and certified is also a key responsibility.

Solid communication within the department and throughout the organization is crucial.

Working within our management planning guidelines to maintain productivity is vital.

Supporting company safety standards and communicating any needed equipment repairs or maintenance work are also important tasks.

Treating all co-workers with fairness, dignity and respect is essential.

Developing product knowledge in all areas of the Bakery Department is necessary.

This includes rolls, desserts, cakes, muffins, bagels, coffees, platters, etc.

Observing and maintaining company's sanitation and food safety standards is critical.

Preparing, proofing, and baking product as assigned is also an essential task.

The successful candidate will possess effective communication, customer service, and selling skills.

Effective interpersonal skills and a desire to work in a team environment are also required.

Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job are essential.

The salary range for this position is $15.50 - $22.30 Hrly.
