About the Role: This position involves working with diverse individuals, assessing patients' conditions, and creating tailored treatment plans. You will also be responsible for documenting patient progress, managing electronic health records, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with speech and language disorders.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions to determine the need for speech therapy services.
  • Provide ongoing evaluation of patient status and adjust treatment programs as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress, goals, and attendance.

Requirements: A Bachelor's Degree in Speech Therapy or foreign degree equivalent plus 2 years of progressive experience, valid New York State license as a Speech Language Pathologist, excellent communication skills, and ability to interact well with diverse individuals.

Benefits: Competitive hourly rate of $75.00, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development. Estimated salary range is $65,000 - $90,000 per year based on 40 hours workweek and considering the hiring rate, location, and industry standards.
