Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Sports Wagering Clerk to provide exceptional guest service at Wild Rose Casino & Hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for issuing and paying off sports wagering tickets, recording transactions accurately, and promoting property amenities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Issue and pay-off sports wagering tickets in a timely and accurate manner.
• Record transactions accurately and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
• Comply with departmental policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
• Promote property amenities and resolve guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
