Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement audit plans to assess the effectiveness of our internal controls and risk management processes.
- Conduct audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for remediation.
- Partner with stakeholders to implement audit findings and recommendations.
- Manage and supervise junior auditors to ensure the quality and timeliness of audit work.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in internal audit and risk management.
- 2+ years of experience in internal audit or a related field.
- Strong technical skills in SOX/internal controls (especially ITGC).
- Strong skills in data analytics and related tools (IDEA, ACL, Power BI, Tableau, Audit Board, SAP, Workday, etc).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interact/influence cross-functionally.
- Self-motivated and ability to deal with ambiguity.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA, CIA, CISA or similar professional designation.
