Position Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language needs.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique goals and requirements.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapy techniques to address speech, language, and swallowing disorders effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care and optimal client outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client progress and treatment plans.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.

Estimated Salary Range: $85,000 - $115,000 per year, based on location and experience.
