Speech Therapist

About the Role

FullBloom is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at SESI Schools. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality speech and language therapy to students with special needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement intervention programs to remediate deficit speech/language skills of identified students.
• Collaborate with school personnel and parents to design and implement individual service plans to address student needs.
• Offer consultation and collaboration with school staff and parents in support of student speech language goals.
• Act as a resource to parents, school personnel, and other caregivers in the area of speech/language development.
• Administer screening and diagnostic tests to determine child speech/language competency, if requested.
• Interpret diagnostic tests, identify strengths and weaknesses in areas of speech/language skills, and generate reports providing feedback to school personnel and parents.
• Complete required paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution of higher learning required.
• Master's Degree from an ASHA accredited university is required.
• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license/credential is required.
• Certificate of Clinical Competency is preferred.
• Experience working with students in a school setting is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office preferred.
