We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Counselor to join our team, responsible for providing mental health assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and crisis intervention services to adult and child members.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including test administration, interpretation, and recommendations
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans to address diverse mental health needs
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions between services
  • Provide group and individual therapy sessions to promote positive behavioral change and improved overall well-being
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to state and NCQA regulations
Skills and Qualifications:
  • PhD/PsyD/EdD in Clinical Counseling, Health or School Psychology from an accredited college or university
  • Psychologist License (California) within 6 months of hire
  • National Provider Identifier required at hire
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of psychological testing techniques, administration, and interpretation
