We are seeking a skilled Diesel Technician to join our team at AKRS Equipment, a premier John Deere dealership with 27 locations in Nebraska and Kansas.

About the Role

As a Diesel Technician, you will be responsible for performing service repairs and maintenance on agricultural equipment using special tools and equipment. You will work with our team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform basic mechanical repairs and required maintenance on agricultural equipment
  • Use special tools and equipment to diagnose and repair complex issues
  • Work with our team to ensure that all repairs are completed to the highest standard
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience as a diesel mechanic/technician performing service repairs
  • Ability to perform basic computer functions
  • High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
  • A valid driver's license is required
