Clinical Dietitian

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Dietitian to join our team at Methodist Hospital. As a key member of our Food and Nutrition Services department, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and evaluating all phases of nutritional care for inpatients and outpatients of all ages.
Responsibilities:
* Perform nutritional assessments, evaluations, and planning to ensure optimal patient care.
* Calculate and record meal patterns to meet individual patient needs.
* Maintain high standards of nutritional care and coordinate with all caregivers to ensure seamless patient care.
* Interpret and implement diet prescriptions, calculate nutrients, and prepare individual meal plans.
* Participate in daily operations of the Food and Nutrition Services department, including meal service, customer satisfaction, quality improvement projects, department education, sanitation, and service.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition or related field.
* Licensed by the State of Texas or must obtain license within 4 months of hire.
* Registered/Registered eligible with the American Dietetic Association.
