Role Overview: We are in search of a skilled sales professional to fulfill the role of Warm Lead Sales Appointment Setter. This position serves as the essential first point of contact for prospective investors, laying the groundwork for their financial growth with The Investors Edge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with 25 pre-qualified potential investors daily through phone and email communications.
  • Conduct over 15 meaningful discussions to evaluate client needs and qualifications.
  • Employ our established qualification script to ensure high-quality lead conversion.
  • Schedule more than 15 appointments weekly with qualified prospects.
  • Maintain precise and comprehensive records in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Career Stability: Candidates should have held no more than two positions in the last five years, indicating a stable employment history.
  • Relevant Experience: A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in roles such as customer service, phone surveys, collections, or appointment setting. Direct sales experience is not mandatory.
  • High Volume Call Handling: Proven capability to manage 25 or more calls daily in your most recent position.
  • Sustained Phone Activity: Must have consistently logged at least 5 hours of phone activity per day for the past two years.
  • Performance Excellence: A history of meeting or surpassing performance metrics and KPIs is crucial.
  • Data Management Skills: Proficiency with CRM systems, ensuring accurate data entry and management for every interaction.
  • Strong Follow-Up Ability: Demonstrated skill in consistently following up, managing pipelines, and effectively scheduling appointments.
  • Adaptability: Ability to receive and implement feedback promptly to enhance performance.
  • Communication Skills: Outgoing personality with exceptional phone communication skills and confidence in managing diverse conversations.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive Base Salary: $50,000 annually
  • Uncapped Commission Structure: Potential to earn significantly above $80,000 with commission and base salary combined.
