Job Title: UV Flatbed Operator & Digital Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UV Flatbed Operator & Digital Technician to join our team at Saturn Printing.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating high-volume production UV flatbed presses, multiple roll-to-roll digital printers, film laminators, digital cutters, and routers. They will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner, loading and unloading equipment and materials, and providing innovative solutions to improve plant efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate high-volume production UV flatbed presses
  • Operate multiple roll-to-roll digital printers
  • Operate film laminators, digital cutters, and routers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Load and unload equipment and materials
  • Provide innovative solutions to improve plant efficiency
  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance on the plant
  • Log and record readings for equipment and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in plant operations or related fields
  • Familiarity with plant tools and equipment
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
