Job OverviewLanceSoft is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative III to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for maintaining daily contact with key client contacts and performing data entry/order processing within our specified system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily contact with key client contacts to resolve account problems and provide excellent customer service.
- Perform data entry/order processing within our specified system to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Document and report on the status of pending inquiries and outgoing phone calls.
- Collaborate with our customer success team to ensure seamless customer experience.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and/or SAP, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
