Responsibilities:
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Provide skilled nursing care and services in accordance with prescribed orders and medical protocols.
  • Assess and document patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as an LPN in the state of practice.
  • Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
