Job Title: Relationship Advisor

As a Relationship Advisor, you will play a crucial role in creating unparalleled experiences for our current and potential members by cultivating, maintaining, and enhancing relationships in person, over the phone, or through electronic communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate strong relationships with members to understand their financial needs and promote credit union products and services in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
  • Ensure an exceptional member experience by delivering personalized and attentive service, addressing member inquiries and concerns promptly, and fostering a positive relationship.
  • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to expand our membership base and develop strategies to attract new members.
  • Drive deposit growth through effective relationship building with existing and potential members, providing personalized financial guidance to encourage members to maximize their deposits.
  • Exercise due diligence to prevent fraud and minimize credit unions' losses, implementing proactive measures to identify and address potential risks ensuring operational efficiency and financial stability.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a sales or member service role and cash handling experience.
  • A service-oriented, people-first mindset and commitment to exceeding expectations.
  • Genuine willingness and eagerness to learn, improve, and teach others.
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Outgoing personality with a strong desire to assist members.
  • Proficiency in accurately processing transactions and requests.
