Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team of healthcare professionals in Langhorne. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive and robust treatment options to adults struggling with Substance Use Disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough history and physicals, review lab results, and monitor blood levels to ensure optimal patient care.
- Provide support and resources to our adult residential program and detox services as needed.
- Collaborate with our primary care physician and psychiatrist to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Work with our nursing staff to optimize medication management and complete prior authorization requests for medications.
- Perform other duties as assigned by our leadership team.
Requirements:
- Nurse Practitioner Certification in Medical or Family Practice.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Addiction Medicine and/or Family Practice Medicine.
