About the Role:

This role is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring accurate and timely treatment documentation, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide patient education on dialysis therapy and disease management
  • Conduct vascular access cannulation and heparin administration as delegated by licensed nurses
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and weight during treatment
  • Initiate and discontinue dialysis treatment according to established procedures
  • Maintain accurate and timely treatment records
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) activities
  • Support infection control practices and participate in education programs

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • State licensure, education, and training as required
  • Previous patient care experience in a hospital setting or related facility preferred
  • CPR certification required
