Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Manage general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable operations.
  • Leverage Acumatica ERP software to streamline accounting functions and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
  • Provide strategic financial analysis to senior management, highlighting trends, opportunities, and risks.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of accounting/finance experience, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
  • Expertise in Acumatica ERP software, particularly in financials, cost accounting, and inventory management.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing accounting practices, including COGS, BOM, and job costing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
