At Eagle Care LLC, our Certified Nursing Assistant Trainee positions are designed to provide individualized care to our residents while you work towards obtaining your Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.


This training program is a paid employment opportunity available to anyone interested in becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant.

No prior experience is necessary; you will complete 30 hours of classroom instruction and 75 hours of hands-on clinical training to achieve your CNA certification.

Upon successful completion of the CNA program, various pathways and opportunities will be available for those looking to further their nursing careers.

Your Responsibilities and Impact at Eagle Care LLC:

  • Assist in making resident beds.
  • Transport residents in wheelchairs to and from activities, dining areas, and therapy sessions efficiently.
  • Distribute clothing protectors to residents during meals.
  • Assist with setting up the dining area for meals.
  • Deliver food trays to residents without assisting with feeding.

Ensure that clean ice water pitchers and cups are provided and filled in each resident's room at least once per shift.

Help maintain order and cleanliness in the unit, including cleaning pantries, utility rooms, wheelchairs, Geri-chairs, bedside tables, and organizing bedside drawers and closets.

Keep residents' personal care items organized and separated in bags.

Transport soiled clothing to laundry or for repair.

Fill linen carts and distribute linens to residents.

Participate in or assist with resident activities.

Promptly report any unusual occurrences or significant changes in residents' physical or behavioral conditions to the Unit Charge Nurse.

Adhere to the company's privacy practices and procedures related to resident and employee records, as well as all state and federal privacy laws, including HIPAA.

Comply with the appropriate use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by Bloodborne Pathogens Standards.

PPE, including protective equipment for eyes, face, extremities, and protective clothing, will be provided and must be used and maintained.

Demonstrate teamwork and maintain regular attendance to ensure quality care and services for our residents.
