Job Overview


The Full-Time Store Fixture Specialist role involves the assembly and repositioning of retail displays and executing product layout modifications within established client accounts.

This position also encompasses inventory management and organization within the warehouse, as well as the safe and efficient placement of merchandise according to prescribed patterns, adhering to defined account standards across all sales areas.

Responsibilities include maintaining and organizing shelves/racks, constructing and dismantling promotional displays, and collaborating with store staff and Frito-Lay Sales Representatives in a cooperative environment. The expected weekly hours typically exceed 40 hours, with potential weekend and holiday shifts. This position offers competitive hourly compensation along with a mileage reimbursement policy.

Candidate Requirements:
Must adhere to safety protocols and comply with all established Frito-Lay and store policies. Candidates must have the ability to travel to various locations using their personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement available). Accurate and timely reporting of worked hours and mileage is essential.

Qualifications:

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and capable of lifting 15-40 lbs with reasonable accommodations, in accordance with Frito-Lay's Physical Demands Analysis. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred. Previous merchandising experience in a retail or grocery setting is advantageous.
