Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the care team
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the care team
  • Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
Requirements:
  • Current LPN/LVN license in the state of Idaho
  • Current CPR certification
  • Prior nursing experience in Memory Support, preferably working with residents living with dementia
