As a travel ICU nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Job Details- Shift: 12-hour night shifts
- Call Requirement: Once every four weeks
- Float Requirement: Float to areas with overflow patients
- Weekend Requirement: Varies
- Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives
- Float to areas with overflow patients as needed
- Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years of ICU experience
- Traveler Experience: Required
- Skills: Must have ICU experience and be proficient in cardiac monitoring, arterial lines, and ICP monitoring
- Ratios: 1:2
- Unit will accept contracts: From 13 weeks up to March 15, 2025
- Any call offs or additional RTO on unit could possibly turn into a cancel and Do Not Return (DNR).
- Contract staff will be part of Storm Team and/or Hurricane Team.
