Sales Leader

PASSARO is a 120-year-old industry leader seeking a passionate and purpose-driven leader to join our organization. As a Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in servicing our existing 2,000 business clients, developing relationships with new clients, and leading a small team to achieve similar results. With a strong focus on training and development, you will become an expert in our systems and process, ultimately moving into the Agency Director role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service existing client base with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Research new business opportunities through B2B channels.
• Supervise team activity and results, prioritizing tasks and delegating when necessary.
• Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Provide daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM, ensuring seamless communication.
• Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development, driving team growth and success.

Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
• Sales or customer service experience, with a self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
• Desire to be active in the community, with knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred).

Licensing Requirements:

• Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
• Must have a clean background and own transportation.
• 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
