Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician

Bridgewell is a leading provider of social and human services that empower individuals with disabilities and other life challenges to live safe, self-directed, and productive lives. We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team.

About the Role:

The Registered Behavior Technician will provide support and assistance to individuals with developmental or psychiatric disabilities in our residential programs. This includes implementing behavior interventions, assisting with data collection and analysis, and providing support with daily living activities. The successful candidate will work closely with our RBT supervisor to develop and implement behavior plans that promote independence and skill development.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide support and assistance to individuals with daily living activities, including skills training and behavior interventions.
  • Assist with data collection and analysis to inform behavior plans and promote independence.
  • Work closely with the RBT supervisor to develop and implement behavior plans that meet the needs of individuals.
  • Provide transportation and accompaniment to individuals as needed to medical, recreational, and other activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of individual progress and behavior plans.
  • Develop positive relationships with guardians, family members, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or DSP certification preferred.
  • Current Registered Behavior Technician certification required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental or psychiatric disabilities preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and minimum of 1 year of driving experience.
