Flexible Nursing Opportunity at Mercy

**Overview**

Are you a licensed practical nurse seeking a flexible and incentivized position? We have an exciting opportunity for you to work as a per diem LPN at Mercy Fort Smith. As a member of our Gig Nursing Program, you will have the flexibility to pick up day or night shifts, with no weekend, holiday, or shift requirement. You will be responsible for scheduling a minimum number of hours, being available on short notice, and being flexible and subject to last-minute shift cancellation.

**Incentives**

* $30/hour base rate

**Qualifications**

* Preferred experience: one year of recent bedside LPN experience to work Med Surg
* For all other specialties, a minimum of two years of recent bedside LPN experience
* Required education: graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
* Preferred education: BSN
* Certifications: BLS through the American Heart Association is required
* Licensure: responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current compact LPN license
