Job Overview
Aerospace company seeking skilled professional to lead complex operations and develop actionable intelligence against high-priority threats to U.S. national security.

Salary Estimate:$120,000 - $180,000 per year based on location in Solana Beach, California, with experience ranging from 5-10 years.

About the Role
This is a leadership position requiring strong analytical, verbal, and written skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and deliver results. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Active Top Secret security clearance and polygraph are required for this role.

Responsibilities
- Lead complex worldwide operations to develop actionable intelligence against high-priority threats to U.S. national security.
- Direct sensitive missions in a fast-paced, high-impact 24/7 intelligence operations center to satisfy collection requirements and maximize resource effectiveness.
- Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms utilized to close intelligence gaps and accomplish strategic, operational, and tactical objectives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Active Top Secret security clearance and polygraph.
- Mission integration, dynamic ISR operations, and ability to drive operational decisions preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and team collaboration to promote ideas and information sharing.
- Previous management or program leadership experience.
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written skills.
