Radiologist in Academic Medicine

The University of Louisville Department of Radiology is seeking a fellowship-trained academic radiologist to join its esteemed team. As a key member of our Musculoskeletal Imaging Section, you will play a pivotal role in supervising and training 20+ Radiology residents in interpreting MSK radiology, CT, MRI, and Ultrasound.
Responsibilities for this position include leading the MSK Imaging section at the University of Louisville, which covers a busy workload of inpatient and outpatient cross-sectional and radiographic imaging of the body, joints, and extremities.
This role offers opportunities to work on trauma imaging, Sports Medicine, and orthopedic oncology cases. Additionally, you will be responsible for staffing UofL Health Hospital and UofL Health Jewish Hospital, as well as providing imaging services at the local VA hospital where your sub-specialty group covers MSK CT, MR, and US.
