About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team in Monroe, MI. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and adolescents.

Key Responsibilities:
This position involves providing counseling services to students with various needs, including those with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). The successful candidate will conduct psychological assessments and evaluations, develop and implement individualized education plans, and provide individual and group counseling sessions. They will also collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create supportive learning environments and provide crisis intervention as needed.

Required Qualifications:
A Psychologist with experience working in a school setting is preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential. The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively with a diverse team and possess proficiency in assessment tools and techniques used in school settings. Maintaining accurate and confidential student records is crucial, and a strong knowledge of child development, learning theories, and behavioral interventions is required.
