Compensation

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $15-$25/hour dependent upon experience, along with an Hourly Bonus Program (paid out by job), Health Insurance, Life Insurance, 401(k) Retirement Plan with Company Match, Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP), Paid Vacation & Holidays, and Field Certification Program for Career Advancement.

Job Responsibilities
  • Repair and maintain polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems to ensure high-quality results.
  • Diagnose floor issues and safety hazards, taking necessary steps to address them promptly.
  • Clean, sanitize, and disinfect commercial, industrial, and retail properties to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations to protect employees and customers alike.
  • Properly use equipment and materials to optimize performance and minimize waste.
  • Meet and exceed production targets while maintaining a high level of quality in our work.
  • Accurately input hours worked in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Be willing to travel and stay away from home for extended periods.
  • Work flexible schedules, including overnights, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
  • Be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Obtain a respirator medical evaluation and pass a fit test.
