Job Title: Host/Hostess

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Hostess to join our team at Red Lobster. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You will be responsible for seating guests, managing the waiting list, and ensuring that our guests have a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and seat them in a timely manner
  • Manage the waiting list and communicate with guests who are waiting
  • Monitor the dining area and ensure that it is clean and organized
  • Answer questions and provide information to guests about our menu and promotions
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure that our guests have a positive experience

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and team members
