As a Technical Program Manager - Site Reliability Infrastructure Lead, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic technology programs and initiatives to enable the scaling of our cloud offerings
  • Manage a team of TPMs responsible for wrangling time, communication, scope, and effort across multiple verticals: projects, engineering operations, cross-team dependencies, and releases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to drive business goals forward and ensure program success
  • Develop and implement processes to improve engineering efficiency and reduce operational burden
  • Facilitate engineering discussions and summarize complex trade-offs to streamline team decision-making
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience managing complex, technical initiatives and engineering programs from initiation to completion
  • 1+ years of experience as a people manager
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields
  • Experience with MongoDB or comparable technology
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style and delivery for various audiences
