Relationship Banker I

About the Role

As a Relationship Banker I, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, both in-person and over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized service, process transactions, and identify opportunities to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a consistent, optimal customer experience on the cash line, handling transactions and answering customer inquiries.
• Develop relationships with customers, staying informed about their banking needs and preferences.
• Assist customers with digital banking offerings, such as mobile and online services.
• Refer customers to internal experts when more complex financial goals and needs are recognized.
• Follow all bank processes and procedures, adhering to applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process transactions.
• Strong communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
• Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis.

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of banking, cash-handling, or customer service experience.
