Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert logistics guidance for the planning, programming, and execution of fielding operations and new equipment training.
  • Engage in strategic planning and prioritize the needs of receiving organizations, developing comprehensive execution plans, managing inventory levels, and ensuring accountability for issued items.
  • Collaborate with various military commands and units to ascertain logistics and training requirements.
  • Organize and direct efforts associated with the planning and execution of fielding operations.
  • Assist in the development of Material Fielding Plans and track Government Furnished Equipment.
  • Ensure accurate property accountability related to Materiel Fielding.
  • Oversee the successful distribution of equipment in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Identify and address discrepancies in products and manage stock levels at fielding stations.
  • Establish and train Fielding Teams to carry out on-site fielding activities.
  • Plan and execute fielding events, including equipment packing for shipment and conducting New Equipment Training as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with over twenty years of relevant experience, or a minimum of twenty-five years of relevant experience.
  • Positions related to PM SSV airdrop may be exempt from the Bachelor's Degree requirement.
  • Certified Trainer with at least six months of training experience.
  • Proficient in Logistics Automated Systems.
  • Prior jump certification is required.

Clearance Requirement:

  • ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: Secret. US Citizenship is necessary to obtain a Secret Government Clearance.
