Position Summary: The Healthcare Security Specialist is responsible for delivering direct security services and ensuring public safety.

Compensation: $16.90/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the security and safety of the healthcare facility, its staff, patients, and visitors.
  • Act as a visible deterrent to unlawful activities within the premises.
  • Provide supervision and support for at-risk patients in the healthcare environment.
  • Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses or certifications.
  • Strong visual acuity, including color vision and depth perception.
  • Physical capability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift objects up to 80 lbs.
  • Valid driver's license and compliance with driving guidelines, if applicable.
  • Preferred experience in a public service role.

Physical Demands & Work Environment: This is a full-time position with variable work hours based on client needs and project deadlines. Workweeks may exceed 40 hours, and occasional evening and weekend shifts may be required. The work environment can be fast-paced and demanding.
