Job SummaryWe are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our interdisciplinary team at The Redwoods. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing care, service, and support to our residents, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and attention.
Responsibilities- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Support residents in pursuing their interests and engaging in our life enrichment program
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current, active CNA Certificate or graduation from a CNA Certification program
- Current First Aid certification
- Prior skilled nursing experience and 6 months of experience as a CNA preferred
