Job Title: Assistant Property Manager

This role supports up to 13 apartment communities in Eugene and Springfield, Oregon. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will work closely with the Property Manager to ensure exceptional resident experiences and maintain high occupancy rates.

The salary for this position is approximately $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include competitive hourly pay, a monthly transportation allowance, medical insurance at no cost to the employee, dental insurance at no cost to the employee, and access to additional insurance options through the company's supplemental insurance plan.

In this role, you will be responsible for advertising and promoting the properties, utilizing industry-specific software for lead management, providing tours to prospective residents, completing full cycle lease processes, ensuring compliance with renter's insurance, maintaining resident occupancy, ensuring timely rent collection, assisting with delinquency processes, and facilitating resident events.

You will also engage with prospective and current tenants using a professional and courteous approach, navigate priority changes to respond to and resolve unforeseen issues or emergencies, reduce tenant turnover by identifying relation issues and recommending solutions, complete quality assurance calls following up on completed work orders, and facilitate resident events.
