We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at Rehab America LLC. As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover functional abilities and independence after surgery, injury, or medical crisis.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and execute treatment plans for patients with injuries or disabilities, as prescribed by a state-approved referral source.
- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to achieve identified objectives in OT evaluation.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, staff, and other professionals to ensure seamless care.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to state regulations and industry standards.
- Certification and active License as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant from the state of employment.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Current State of Tennessee Driver's license.
- Current Auto liability Insurance according to Company Policy.
