Pipefitter Specialist

Job Summary:

The Pipefitter Specialist will perform a variety of tasks related to pipefitting processes, including fabrication, assembly, installation, and testing of ship piping systems. This position requires a strong understanding of mechanical trades and the ability to follow written instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate, assemble, and install piping systems for ships
• Test and inspect piping systems to ensure they meet quality standards
• Perform maintenance and repairs on existing piping systems

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of pipefitting or plumbing experience
• Basic knowledge of blueprint reading and ability to follow written instructions
• Must meet the requirements of the physical task analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous marine pipefitting experience
• High School Diploma or GED
