Professional Dog Groomer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Professional Dog Groomer to join our team at The Dog Stop Of Metairie. As a key member of our grooming salon, you will be responsible for providing high-quality grooming services to our clients and their pets.

• Use grooming instruments, including shears and dryers, to achieve exceptional results.
• Perform grooming services according to customer instructions, ensuring the safety and well-being of animals.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
• Interact professionally and effectively with all team members and clients.
• Professionally perform basic grooming services on animals, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Demonstrate a genuine interest in animal welfare and well-being.
• Move animals up to 50 pounds safely and efficiently.

Our grooming salon is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you will be working closely with our team to provide exceptional service to our clients. The position requires bending, kneeling, lifting (up to 50 pounds), and standing for long periods of time.

• One year of grooming experience, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
• Professional references.

• PTO after 6 months.
