Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans that integrate with the continuum of care, with specific goals and objectives.
- Provide physical therapy services to patients, including evaluations, treatments, and education.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new programs and services.
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an approved program in physical therapy.
- Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Florida (temporary permit acceptable).
- Current BLS/HealthCare Provider certification.
