Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the scheduling of Home Care clients and staffing partners
  • Resolving scheduling conflicts and addressing customer service inquiries
  • Maintaining clear and effective communication with clients, field staff, and colleagues
  • Responding to inquiries and educating potential clients about our services
  • Engaging in employee recognition initiatives
  • Participating in an on-call rotation to address after-hours scheduling and customer service issues
Qualifications for Staffing Coordinator:
  • Current Florida LPN License
  • Valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle and insurance
  • Strong background in healthcare staffing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Ability to deliver outstanding customer service, resolve issues, and manage challenging situations
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the capacity to work independently when necessary
