ITech Consulting Partners is seeking a skilled Psychiatrist to join our team as an Adult or Child and Adolescent Specialist. As a key member of our mental health team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leadership in a fast-paced inpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Provide daily rounding on patients in your caseload, conduct admission evaluations, and develop treatment plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Treatment Team Leadership: Lead and collaborate with treatment teams to provide comprehensive care and support to patients and their families.
- Medication Management: Develop and implement effective medication management plans to address patient needs.
- Discharge Planning: Coordinate discharge summaries and ensure a smooth transition of care for patients.
- Participation in Call Rotation: Participate in call rotation to provide 24/7 coverage and support to patients and colleagues.
