**Qualifications/Requirements:**
  • Preferred experience of one to three years as a Laboratory Technician
  • Additional certifications may be necessary for this role
  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills, with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Physical capabilities: ability to remain stationary, move about, and handle equipment
  • Collaborates effectively with physicians and healthcare team members.
  • Coordinates patient care with other healthcare professionals.
  • Monitors patient responses to treatments and reports outcomes.
  • Administers medications as prescribed with proper documentation.
  • Evaluates patients before, during, and after procedures as required.
  • Shares on-call responsibilities with a prompt response time if necessary.
  • Maintains cleanliness of work areas and ensures adequate supply levels.
  • Transports patients as needed.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.

  • Interpersonal Skills - Ability to work effectively with diverse personnel and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Technical Skills - Proficient in fine manipulation and able to assist with procedures and equipment.
