Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA to join our team at Carehaven Center - Martinsburg, WV. As a CNA, you will work alongside a Licensed/Registered Nurse to directly impact patients'/residents' quality of life by assisting with their activities of daily living (ADLs). You will also ensure that our patients/residents and their families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individual patients'/residents' needs and rights.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients/residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide personal care and support to patients/residents
  • Assist with mealtime and snacks
  • Help patients/residents with mobility and transfers
  • Assist with vital signs and other medical tasks as needed

Requirements
  • Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification required
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors and respond to their medical and physical needs
