Dialysis Technician

We are seeking a skilled Dialysis Technician to join our team at Innovative Renal Care. As a Dialysis Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to individuals suffering from End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording vital signs, initiating cannulation, and patient observations.
• Set up and operate hemodialysis machines, ensuring accurate and efficient treatment.
• Develop deep relationships with patients and their families, providing emotional support and education on dialysis treatment and care.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or other state-approved certification.
• Experience in dialysis care, with a focus on patient-centered care and technical skills.

$18.50 - $25.00 / depending on experience and qualifications
