We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Area Sales and Marketing Advisor to join our team at Willow Springs. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for consistently closing new business and growing or maintaining census in our assigned facilities.
Essential Functions- Analyze the sales needs of each facility to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Evaluate the number of leads necessary to generate the needed number of admissions month-to-month to achieve full occupancy.
- Understand the average selling cycle in each facility and evaluate the time averages required to move generated leads through the sales process.
- Minimum 18 years of age, high school education.
- Experience in skilled care or residential services for the elderly is desirable.
- A background in sales and marketing is preferred.
- Preferred background in senior living sales of at least 1 year.
