We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Handyman and Technician to join our team at ABCO Facility Maintenance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing skilled and semi-skilled work in a variety of commercial maintenance, repair, and construction jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform skilled and semi-skilled work in commercial maintenance, repair, and construction jobs

• Operate common tools and equipment, as well as specialized equipment as needed

• Work independently with minimal supervision, using your expertise and judgment to complete tasks efficiently and effectively

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless project execution and high-quality results

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in 3 or more of the following skilled trades: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, etc.

• Clean, valid driver's license

• Ability to work with little to no guidance, using your expertise and judgment to complete tasks efficiently and effectively

• Reliable working history with a proven track record of employment

• Strong technical skills and comfort working with computers and mobile devices

• Availability to work rotating weekend on-call shifts (1 or more time per month)

• Ability to park a company vehicle with commercial plates off-street
