We are seeking a full-time, part-time, or PRN Dedicated Patient Care Specialist to join our team. As a valued member of our team, you will be provided with opportunities for education and growth.
The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team. A strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality patient care is essential for this role.
CompensationWe offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience. This figure is based on national averages for similar positions in Colorado.
Job DescriptionAs a Dedicated Patient Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care services in a fast-paced urgent care setting. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting patients with check-in, registration, and basic care needs
- Providing vital sign checks and other basic medical assessments
- Supporting nursing staff with patient care activities
You will work closely with our medical team to ensure seamless delivery of patient care services.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also have a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
