• Prepare meat products according to established standards, including cutting, grinding, wrapping, and trimming.
• Maintain product quality standards and ensure a clean, neat, and member-ready area.
• Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team and provide exceptional customer service to members.
• Utilize digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
• Ensure commitment to operational excellence and maintain work area according to company policies and procedures.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time while assisting members quickly and accurately.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to tackle obstacles head-on to ensure each task is completed with excellence.
