Job Title: Truck Driver OTR

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced OTR driver to join our team at 21st Century Personnel. As a truck driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods across the country, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a safe and efficient operation.

Requirements:

* 23 years old with a valid VA Class A CDL
* 12 full months of recent solo verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience
* Good prior job stability & clean MVR

Running Area:

* SE, some NE & some mid-west. NO NYC
* 2500 miles per week

Compensation:

* Initial Sign-on Bonus of $800 (HAZMAT ENDORSED) or $625 (NON HAZMAT) Paid on 1st paycheck
* Average weekly pay: $1,250 - $1,400
* 50 CPM for 1-5 year drivers without HAZMAT
* 52 CPM for 5+ year drivers without HAZMAT
* 54 CPM for 1-5 year drivers with HAZMAT
* 56 CPM for 5+ year drivers with HAZMAT
* 97 CPM + $16.50 for short-haul loads up to 50 miles
* 97 CPM flat for miles
* Base rate + CPM after 100 miles
* CSA Safety Bonus. $800 (if you are Hazmat Endorsed) or $ hours Paid Time Off (Non Hazmat) *Paid every 30 days for your first 90 days**After first 90 days, you will be eligible for CSA Safety Bonuses every 90 days

Benefits:

* Detention after 1 hour
* Out 2.5 weeks & home for 4 full days
* Earn 3 paid days PTO for every 60,000 miles. Time off doubles at 360,000 miles
* 3 day orientation in NC. Private hotel room, breakfast & lunch provided
* Complete benefits package at 60 days plus 401k with company match
* Late-model, well-equipped, assigned tractors (autos)
* Newer trailers with tracking & cargo sensors

Referral Program:

* FREE rider program
* Earn $3,250+ per driver referral
* Receive $750 after your referral arrives at orientation
* Receive $2,500 after they complete orientation & haul their 1st load PLUS
* earn $0.05 per mile on all your referred driver's miles for their first 90 days of employment
